USB Show – Reveal Hidden Files on Infected USB Drives

USB Show is a utility that helps you discover hidden files on your USB drive. It is an excellent solution when your USB becomes infected with a virus from a computer. This tool quickly finds and displays all hidden files on the USB drive.

USB Show is easy to use and requires no installation. When you connect a USB drive to your computer and it has been infected by a virus – either directly or from a PC – USB Show scans the removable drive to locate hidden files and folders, then displays them instantly. At the same time, the utility also creates a registry entry to help locate and quickly view the restored folders.

When you connect a USB drive to your computer and, in Windows Explorer, all original files and folders are hidden and replaced by strange files, you should be very careful. These visible files may be virus-infected data. You should delete them and use USB Show to reveal the original files. The software has only one button – you simply click once and wait.

USB Show supports English and Spanish interfaces. Currently, there is no built-in user support, and the interface is quite simple, with only brief usage instructions. However, its core function – displaying hidden files and folders – works very effectively.

In addition to finding and revealing hidden files and folders on a USB drive, USB Show is not a virus scanning or removal tool. If you want to scan your USB drive for viruses, you should install a dedicated USB security program such as USB FireWall, USB Disk Security, or similar tools.

The default interface language of USB Show is Spanish, but you can click the English button to switch the interface to English for easier use.

Next, click the “Recovery the hide files” button, select the USB drive from the dialog box that appears, and then click OK. The process of scanning and restoring files hidden by viruses will begin. Once the process is complete, click OK to finish.
